A Florida panther kitten hiding in the shade of the dense forest. With only around 250 individuals remaining in a very small range of south Florida, this puma subspecies is particularly at risk with many conservation challenges.The Florida panther was chosen as the Florida state animal in 1982.

Created with the finest professional archival materials (Liquitex Professional Heavy Body acrylics on Arches 140 lb 100% cotton hot pressed watercolor paper) and sprayed with acrylic UV varnish to protect the surface and to increase the longevity of the artwork. Framed with anti-reflection and UV protection museum glass (conservation grade). When choosing the perfect spot to hang your painting, keep in mind that it needs to be away from any heat source, in a place of relatively stable and reasonable humidity and not in direct sunlight. Acrylics paintings are meant to have a long life, with reasonable care yours can be treasured for generations!
