Depending on the kind of commission wanted, a selection of good, clear, close up photographs is required (for which you hold all intellectual property rights). Pictures at eye level with the subject and facing slightly off centre from the lens of the camera are better. They can either be sent by mail (and will be returned with the artwork) or emailed as a file. If unsure of the quality of the photo, please email them to the artist for feedback.

Once a set of pictures/theme has been chosen, contact the artist with instructions and specific requirements, including as much information as possible. Pencil or digital sketches will be drawn to help you discuss and decide what you want. A final quotation will be send to you at the end of the customization process along with an estimated timescale for the realization (usually around 4 weeks, 1 week for small pieces such as ACEOs).

Upon your approval of the quotation, a contract will be send to you. A 30 % deposit is required once an order has been made.

The artist will send you regular updates on your painting for you to see the progress and request changes if necessary. The artist will not consider a piece finished until you are completely satisfied.

The balance of the cost of the portrait is due on completion and approval of the painting. You can pay online with credit/debit or bank account through PayPal.
The artwork will be send unframed, not rolled and securely packaged. Shipping and handling fees will be charged depending on the destination.
